The MOSER School was founded in 1961 by Henri Moser, with the opening of a private French school for children of foreign parents in Geneva. Since then, the innovative spirit of the family business has supported a child-centred pedagogy and developments in academic, digital and social skills. Ecole Moser Nyon offers a global pathway over 6, 10 or 14 years, from primary school (from 1P) or Secondary I (9th grade) to the Swiss maturité (with bilingual German, English or no mention) or to the double diploma: Swiss maturité + International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). As of the 2024-2025 academic year, Ecole Moser educates 450 students. The campus is located at Allée des Moulins 16, 1274 Grens.
Primary offers multilingual education with gradual immersion in German and English. Extracurricular activities include after-school club, workshops, supervised study, Green Weeks, ski camps and summer schools. Secondary I offers multilingual education in years 9–10 with reinforced German and English at multiple levels. Three streams are available in year 11: Bilingual German, Bilingual English or Classic. Extracurricular activities in Secondary I include workshops, supervised study, camps and study trips, school exchanges and summer schools. Les Cabris, the Alpine Pedagogical Center in Leysin, welcomes school camps year-round—from sports to environmental projects or CAS projects—and serves about 700 students from Geneva and Nyon; facilities include a multi-purpose room with a mountain view and spaces for conferences and training seminars; in 2022, Les Cabris won the 2nd Prize for construction in French-speaking Switzerland. The training paths cover from 1P to maturity plus IBDP. An alumni network exists; active through a dedicated Facebook group; the alumni committee organizes meetings and events to encourage networking.
Ecole Moser Nyon is a private Swiss school serving ages 4–18, offering a Swiss curriculum alongside the IB Diploma Programme. A pathway allows progression over 6, 10 or 14 years from primary (1P) through Secondary I to Swiss maturité or the Swiss maturité + IBDP double diploma. Primary education is plurilingual with gradual immersion in German and English; Secondary I provides multilingual education in years 9–10 with German and English reinforced and three streams in year 11: Bilingual German, Bilingual English, and Classic. The Gymnasium offers bilingual maturité options and a bilingual path to IBDP, plus Sport/Art Studies. The campus sits on a 10,000 m2 wooded site between Lake Geneva and the Jura, housing two buildings, science labs, two libraries and a learning center, plus gym, sports fields, and a vegetable garden. Extracurriculars include morning lectures, study support, Green Weeks, ski camps, and international exchanges, and CAS projects via IBDP.
