Ecolint operates on three campuses: La Grande Boissière in Geneva at Rue Marie-Thérèse Maurette 7, CH-1208 Genève; Campus des Nations in Grand-Saconnex at 11, route des Morillons, CH-1218 Grand-Saconnex; and La Châtaigneraie in Founex at 2, chemin de la Ferme, CH-1297 Founex. Campus des Nations is located in the heart of Geneva's international quarter and is near the United Nations and other international organizations. The Pregny site serves Pre-Reception to Year 3, and Saconnex serves Years 4-13.

Fees

Application and one-time enrolment fees
- Application fee: CHF 250 per child, non-refundable and non-deferrable; payable online by credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
- Registration fee (new students or students returning after two years or more): CHF 2,500, payable to confirm a place; non-refundable.
- Capital Development Fee on initial enrolment (one-time): CHF 4,000, payable to confirm a place; non-refundable.
- Advance payment for re-enrolment of current students: CHF 1,000 per child (deducted from the first instalment but non-refundable if the student does not return).

Tuition fees — academic year 2025–2026 (annual and instalment breakdown by class group)
Tuition is shown as the annual amount with the scheduled four instalments (1st = 20%, 2nd = 30%, 3rd = 30%, 4th = 20%). Due dates for those instalments for the 2025–2026 year are: 1st instalment due 30 June 2025; 2nd instalment due 31 August 2025; 3rd instalment due 31 December 2025; 4th instalment due 31 March 2026. The instalment amounts below follow that 20/30/30/20 split.
- Pre-Reception “light” (mornings + 2 afternoons): Annual CHF 19,800 — 1st instalment CHF 3,960; 2nd instalment CHF 5,940; 3rd instalment CHF 5,940; 4th instalment CHF 3,960.
- Pre-Reception “regular” (same hours as other Primary classes): Annual CHF 22,770 — 1st instalment CHF 4,555; 2nd instalment CHF 6,830; 3rd instalment CHF 6,830; 4th instalment CHF 4,555. (Pre-Reception “regular” is not available at La Châtaigneraie.)

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition instalment schedule and due dates for 2025–2026: 1st instalment 20% due 30 June 2025; 2nd instalment 30% due 31 August 2025; 3rd instalment 30% due 31 December 2025; 4th instalment 20% due 31 March 2026. Any other invoices are payable by the date shown on the invoice.
- New students enrolled after 30 June are invoiced at the first invoicing date following enrolment; students arriving during the year are invoiced pro rata (from October) based on their start date. Tuition fees include books and teaching materials; they do not include capital development contributions, external exam fees, trips, transport, cafeteria or extra-curricular activities (these are invoiced separately).
- Late payment: the school may charge a late payment fee on each overdue instalment up to a maximum of 1.25% of the amount due per month of delay; failure to settle invoices on the due date may result in refusal of entry to class, withholding of diplomas, reports and transcripts.
- Any started school term is fully due; withdrawal and cancellation penalties follow the published schedule (see Refunds/Withdrawals below). Registration and Capital Development one-time fees must be paid within 15 days of acceptance to secure a place.

Boarding
- The school does not operate as a boarding school; boarding fees are not applicable.

Other costs and regular services (examples and term/annual amounts where published)
- Annual Capital Development Funding (recurring): CHF 500 per pupil (this is invoiced in addition to tuition).
- Cafeteria / lunch card subscription (examples of term and total rates): Pre-Reception (2 days) total CHF 455; Pre-Reception/Reception/classes 1–2 (4 days) total CHF 890; Pre-Reception/Reception/classes 1–2 (5 days) total CHF 1,130; Classes 3–6 (4 days) total CHF 1,190; Classes 3–6 (5 days) total CHF 1,505; Classes 7–9 (4 days) total CHF 1,635; Classes 7–9 (5 days) total CHF 2,070; Classes 10–13 (4 days) total CHF 1,860; Classes 10–13 (5 days) total CHF 2,355. - Transport service (bus) — sample zone round-trip totals (term breakdown provided on invoices): Zone 1 total CHF 3,400 (round-trip); Zone 2 total CHF 3,630; Zone 3 total CHF 3,740; Zone 4 total CHF 3,970; Zone 5 total CHF 4,310. One-way totals are shown separately for each zone. Transport is additional to tuition; cancellation must be given one month before the end of term to avoid charges. Transport fees are subject to VAT where applicable.
- Extra-curricular activities, trips, external examination fees (IB, Maturité suisse), certain tutorials and school supplies are charged in addition to tuition and invoiced as ad-hoc items. Fees for services/activities are calculated on a lump-sum (forfait) basis. No deduction is made for days missed due to school trips or activities already taken into account in the lump sum.
- After School Care (ASC): flat-rate ASC charges apply and are invoiced separately by term; no reduction is given for flat-rate ASC in case of absence. Cancellation rules apply and require written notice at least one month before the end of the term.

Refunds, cancellations and withdrawal penalties (academic year 2025–2026 rules)
- Registration and Capital Development one-time fees are non-refundable. The advance payment for re-enrolment (CHF 1,000) is non-refundable if the student does not return, though it is deducted from the first instalment if the student does return.
- Withdrawal penalty schedule (applies to the 2025–2026 enrolment cycle):
- Withdrawal communicated up to and including 30 April 2025: no penalty (non-refundable fees are not reimbursed).
- Withdrawal between 1 May and 15 June 2025 (inclusive): penalty = 15% of annual tuition.
- Withdrawal between 16 June and 31 July 2025 (inclusive): penalty = 25% of annual tuition.
- Withdrawal between 1 August and 30 September 2025 (inclusive): invoiced for the entire 1st school term.
- Withdrawal between 1 October and 31 December 2025 (inclusive): invoiced for the entire 1st and 2nd school terms.
- Withdrawal from 1 January 2026 onward: invoiced for 100% of the annual tuition.
- In the event of illness lasting more than four weeks, refunds for certain services (e.g., cafeteria, transport) may be considered on request and require a medical certificate; such requests must be made promptly on return.

Fee payment options and practical payment details
- Application fee: payable online by credit card (Visa and MasterCard). Other invoices: parents indicate their preferred payment method via the Parent portal financial section — options include e-payment through the parents' bank platform, the Swiss payment slip system (bulletin de versement, BVR), or bank transfer to the Foundation account. The Foundation bank account for transfers is held at UBS (IBAN CH45 0024 0240 2899 4620 F; SWIFT/BIC: UBSWCHZH80A) for the settlement of registration and related enrolment fees.
- Miscellaneous: the school may issue ad-hoc invoices during the year (e.g., for trips, CAF, transport); June invoices will include final miscellaneous payments for the academic year. Financial statements and invoice status are available through the Finance/Parent portal.

Founded in 1924, the International School of Geneva offers the full International Baccalaureate continuum (PYP, MYP, DP) for ages 3 to 18. Across three Geneva campuses—Campus des Nations, La Grande Boissière and La Châtaigneraie—the school provides bilingual or English-dominant instruction, with a broad World Languages Programme from Arabic to Urdu and a compulsory third language from Year 7 (Spanish or German). Primary and Early Years follow the Universal Learning Programme at La Grande Boissière, while secondary pathways include the IB Diploma Programme, the Career-Related Programme, or national options such as Maturité Suisse or IGCSE, depending on campus. The Ecolint Learner Passport records student competencies for universities and employers.
