LUYA International High School was established in 2024 in southern Taoyuan to align with the Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Silicon Valley Project. The school offers curriculum aligned with Taiwan's National Curriculum Outline and international standards with a full-immersion English approach. The campus hosts teachers and students from multiple countries and regions, creating a highly inclusive, multicultural environment. LUYA provides grades 7–12 with world-class boarding services, and after completing Grade 9, students may choose to complete Grade 12 at LUYA or continue at high schools worldwide. LUYA has expressed plans to join the International Baccalaureate Organization to implement IBDP and IBMYP and to become a member of the Alliance of International Schools.
The LUYA community is international and multicultural, with teachers and students from different countries and regions. The campus emphasizes inclusivity and cross-cultural collaboration, with boarding services for grades 7–12.
