The Aga Khan Mzizima Secondary School is a private secondary school in Tanzania affiliated with Aga Khan Education Services, Tanzania (AKES,T). It offers two curricula: the Tanzania NECTA and an international pathway—the Middle School Programme (Year 7–9) leading to IGCSE (Year 10–11) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (Year 12–13). Students are aged 11 to 16 in Lower and Upper School. The school has a long history as Tanzania's first private secondary school established after the Arusha Declaration (1967).
