It offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in Years 12–13, with students able to pursue the Full IB Diploma or individual IBDP courses, and the Cambridge IGCSE programme in Years 10–11. It also provides a BTEC International Extended Diploma in Sport and a BISP High School Diploma accredited by CIS, NEASC, and the Thailand Ministry of Education. The Secondary curriculum supports both IGCSE and IBDP pathways, with a modified National Curriculum of England (KS1–KS3) guiding the younger years and a focus on independent study and 21st-century skills. The school operates as an exam centre for IBDP, IGCSE, SAT, PSAT, LAMDA, ABRSM, the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award, and Cambridge Assessment.
Enrichment includes performing arts, visual arts and design, with dedicated facilities (e.g., art rooms, music rooms, drama studio, auditorium) and a broad program of creative activities across the year. Founded in 1996, the British International School Phuket (BISP) is a co‑educational day and boarding school on a secure 44‑acre tropical campus in Phuket, Thailand. It serves about 1,140 students aged 2–18 from over 56 nationalities. Learning begins in English‑medium Early Years following a play‑based British curriculum, transitions through National Curriculum Key Stages 1–3, then IGCSE exams in Years 10–11, and culminates in the IB Diploma Programme in Years 12–13.
