D‑PREP International School was founded in 2018 by Ms. Lady Didyasarin Tavedikul, a fourth-generation educator from the Didyasarin family, who also established the American School of Bangkok – providing continuity of legacy and leadership in private education . In 2020, the school added the Discover Campus featuring geometric‑shaped classrooms to support growing student numbers . In 2024, D‑PREP opened its separate Secondary Campus (named the “Deliver Campus”) for students in Grades 6–12 . The school joined XCL Education in 2022, expanding its reach within a network serving over 29,000 students across Southeast Asia .
D‑PREP regularly hosts community and cultural events throughout the school year, including annual Sports Day with house teams (Dragon, Unicorn, Griffin, Phoenix) in February . D-PREP International School – Main Campus, situated near Mega Bangna in Samut Prakan, Thailand, serves students from early years to Grade 5 using an American curriculum framework integrated with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP). English is the primary language of instruction, with Thai and Chinese taught as additional languages. The campus features dedicated learning spaces such as a science lab, art room, black box theater, and the D-Lab, a creative makerspace supporting design and robotics. One of D-PREP’s signature initiatives is the “Dream Project,” where students develop and present personally meaningful projects that integrate learning across subjects. After completing Grade 5, students continue their education at D-PREP Secondary Campus. The school offers a variety of extracurricular activities and provides a bus service for student transport.
