The school operates a two-campus model, with an Elementary School for Pre-K to Grade 5 and a Secondary School for Grades 6 to 12. The campus includes an Elementary/Early Childhood area, a Secondary School, two gyms, two soccer fields and a Fine Art Center. The Fine Art Center contains an auditorium, music classrooms, exhibition spaces and conference rooms. The Secondary School building has three floors with a library, a media center, three science laboratories, two computer labs, an art room and an IB art room, plus 12 regular classrooms. The Elementary School campus has four buildings with an elementary library, a computer lab, music rooms, two science labs and 19 regular classrooms. Outdoor facilities include two volleyball/basketball courts, two soccer fields and several preschool playgrounds; a swimming pool or tennis court is available at the Burapha Golf Club House.

Operation Smile, NEST and the Global Issues Network (GIN) are active student programs. Student Council and Summer School offer leadership and enrichment opportunities.
The International School Eastern Seaboard (ISE) in Chonburi, Thailand, welcomes students aged 2 through Grade 12 within a leafy campus set beside Burapha Golf Club, about 30 minutes from Pattaya and 20 minutes from Chonburi City. ISE delivers an American curriculum based on AERO standards from Pre‑Kindergarten to Grade 10, and then offers Advanced Placement courses and the IB Diploma Programme in Grades 11 and 12.
