KIS Bangkok operates on a central city campus and a second campus, KIS Reignwood Park, which opened in August 2024 to offer day and boarding. In August 2018, the Arts and Design Centre opened, with three visual arts studios, a black box performing arts facility, and a Design and Technology Suite with graphics and 3D modeling software. The Primary School provides a pool and training pool, two playgrounds, a library, a maker space, an IT lab, a music room, an art room, a sports court, and an AudiBox indoor mini theatre. The Secondary School includes a library, multiple science labs, a black box theatre, an exam and events hall, art studios, design labs and a workshop, plus a sports field, an air-conditioned gym, and a 25-meter pool; Grade 11-12 have exclusive access to an IB Lounge.
Athletics programs include swimming, football (soccer), volleyball, basketball, and badminton. Primary School has a pool and training pool and a sports court. Primary School ECAs run daily after school for EY1 through Grade 5, including arts, crafts, dance, instrumental music, IT, science exploration, sports, cooking, and games.
