KIS Bangkok operates on a central city campus and a second campus, KIS Reignwood Park, which opened in August 2024 to offer day and boarding. In August 2018, the Arts and Design Centre opened, with three visual arts studios, a black box performing arts facility, and a Design and Technology Suite with graphics and 3D modeling software. The Primary School provides a pool and training pool, two playgrounds, a library, a maker space, an IT lab, a music room, an art room, a sports court, and an AudiBox indoor mini theatre. The Secondary School includes a library, multiple science labs, a black box theatre, an exam and events hall, art studios, design labs and a workshop, plus a sports field, an air-conditioned gym, and a 25-meter pool; Grade 11-12 have exclusive access to an IB Lounge.
Athletics programs include swimming, football (soccer), volleyball, basketball, and badminton. Primary School has a pool and training pool and a sports court. Secondary School has a sports field, an air-conditioned indoor gymnasium, and a 25-meter pool. KIS competes in AISAA and MRISA leagues, with teams spanning from Grade 2 to Varsity and an emphasis on learning, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Primary School ECAs run daily after school for EY1 through Grade 5, including arts, crafts, dance, instrumental music, IT, science exploration, sports, cooking, and games. Secondary School offers Student-Led Clubs and Extracurricular Activities for Grades 6-12, with clubs led by students and teacher advisors. ECAs are run by faculty, external providers, or other adults and are designed to complement the school day with tutoring, academic enrichment, community service opportunities, as well as music, arts, sports and cultural activities.
