Day and boarding options are available at Regent's Bangkok Rama 9 Campus. The school accepts day and boarding students from Pre-Nursery to Year 13. Boarding offers both full-time and weekly options. Boarders reside in Girls' House, Boys' House and Juniors' House.

The school uses a house system with four houses: A, B, C and D. Students remain in the same house during their time at Regent's, and the house system supports inter-house competitions in sport and culture.
