SISB offers an international curriculum from early years through secondary education. The school begins with the UK’s Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in Nursery and Kindergarten, emphasising learning through play and holistic development. In Primary School, SISB follows the Singapore Curriculum particularly for English, Maths, and Science and prepares students for the iPSLE, which it is authorised to administer. At the secondary level, students transition into the Cambridge Lower Secondary Curriculum in Grades 7–8, followed by the IGCSE programme in Grades 9–10. For senior students (Grades 11–12), SISB offers a dual pathway: the Cambridge International AS & A Levels or the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP). The school also maintains a strong trilingual approach with instruction in English as the main language, alongside Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai.
