St. Andrews Green Valley provides the British curriculum blended with the International Baccalaureate Programme, including the IB PYP in Primary and the IB Diploma Programme in Secondary. The school offers IGCSE alongside the IB Diploma Programme. In 2022–2023 the IB Diploma pass rate was 93%, with an average Diploma score of 32.8 and some students achieving 40 points or more. Nearly all graduates go on to university, with destinations including universities such as University College London, Imperial College London, University of Toronto, and the University of Melbourne.
The school runs an extensive activity programme with over 80 offerings that span sports, arts, leadership, and sustainability. Activities include drama, film production, photography, 3‑D art, arts and crafts, coding, robotics, gardening, and Forest School, among others. The timetable embeds many activities within the school day, with additional after‑school options and a late bus service. A range of activities is led by teaching staff and outside providers, and many are free of charge.
English is the medium of instruction, supported by English as an Additional Language (EAL) and LEAP programs to help non‑native speakers access the mainstream curriculum. The Dutch Stream is the only Dutch language program on the Eastern Seaboard, offering four to six hours of Dutch instruction per week in a dedicated space, taught by native Dutch/Belgian teachers. Dutch language and culture lessons run from Reception through Secondary, aligned with Dutch language benchmarks and exam pathways. The school hosts a diverse community with students from more than 30 nationalities.

Projects include One Day One Goal, Habitat for Humanity, Operation Smile, Father Ray, Hand2Hand, Mercy, and Baan Chak Maak, among others, with ongoing partnerships and donations coordinated by students and staff. Students lead or participate in service activities as part of the IB CAS framework.
Careers Guidance and University Guidance are part of the school's program, with a Careers Curriculum from Year 10 onward. The program covers MBTI personality assessments, skills audits, CVs and video resumes, mock interviews, and university or work experience planning, along with university visits and information sessions for parents. Graduates are supported in applying to universities worldwide, with many accepted into leading institutions such as UCL, Imperial, Toronto, Melbourne, and other top universities.
Pastoral Care & Wellbeing prioritizes emotional health, with designated class teachers for individual support and PSHE integrated into the curriculum. Mindfulness practices, Thankful Thursday, and a team of Mental Health First Aiders support student wellbeing. The school employs a full‑time counsellor and earned the Wellbeing Award for Schools in 2022 as the first on Thailand's Eastern Seaboard.
