Refund Policy
- 80% of tuition is refunded if withdrawal occurs before the start of term
- 50% refund if withdrawn within 1–21 days of term start
- 25% refund if withdrawn within 22–39 days
- No refund after 40 days or more
Refunds are processed within 30 days of official written withdrawal.

Payment Options
Tuition must be paid via bank transfer, cheque, or credit card (with a 3% surcharge). Cash payments are not accepted. All prior term fees must be paid before re-enrollment. A late fee of THB 200/day applies for overdue payments.
