Application Fees
A one-time Campus Development Fee of THB 150,000 is required for all new students. A Registration Fee of THB 5,000 applies from K3 and above. A refundable Damage Deposit of THB 35,000 is payable for all students from K3 upward.

Fees are billed by semester:
Semester 1: 50%

An additional 5% charge applies for two-installment plans, and 6% for three-installment plans (on unpaid balance).

All buses are distance-based. Transport fees are billed per semester.

Sibling Discount
- Second child: THB 80,000 discount on Campus Development Fee
- Third and fourth children: Campus Development Fee waived
- Third child: THB 100,000 tuition discount
- Fourth child: THB 160,000 tuition discount

Refund Policy
- 80% of tuition is refunded if withdrawal occurs before the start of term
- 50% refund if withdrawn within 1–21 days of term start
- 25% refund if withdrawn within 22–39 days
- No refund after 40 days or more
Refunds are processed within 30 days of official written withdrawal.

Payment Options
Tuition must be paid via bank transfer, cheque, or credit card (with a 3% surcharge). Cash payments are not accepted. All prior term fees must be paid before re-enrollment. A late fee of THB 200/day applies for overdue payments.

Wells International School’s Chonburi Campus opened in August 2022 as Wells’ fifth campus in Thailand, serving students aged 2 to about 14 (nursery through Grade 8) and expanding gradually to Grade 12 by August 2024. Set on an agricultural site in Ban Bueng, Chonburi Province, the school blends a modified American curriculum with AP and IB Diploma options at upper levels and integrates Thai sustainability values through hands‑on farm learning and the “baan‑wat‑rong rien” lifestyle philosophy. Class sizes are capped around 25; current enrolment is about 150 and growing. Students are taught in English by native‑English teachers and the campus provides a bus service for local families.
