The IB Middle Years Programme is offered with eight subject groups: Language & Literature; Language Acquisition (Mandarin); Individuals & Societies; Sciences; Mathematics; Arts (Music); Design; and Physical & Health Education. Wesley International School is an IB World School offering MYP and plans to start Grade 11 in the 2025-2026 academic year.
Extra-curricular activities for Elementary & Middle School include Book Club, Swimming, Frisbee, Basketball, Football, Visual Arts, Taekwondo, Ballet, Coding, and Skateboarding.
