The IB learner profile is a set of attributes developed through the IB program. The profile reflects the IB philosophy of developing engaged, curious, reflective, and creative learners with a strong sense of ethics. IB learners are encouraged to learn and celebrate their own cultural heritage as well as the heritage of other cultures. IB graduates are prepared to face contemporary global challenges and to contribute positively to society.
The school offers specialized programs for learning French and Arabic. The Arabic program for non-Arabophones, Louغati, is designed to facilitate progressive acquisition of Arabic and adapts to each student's needs. The school is committed to a tri-lingual model in which students master English, Arabic and French and acquire skills in at least a fourth language chosen between Spanish and German. Arabic and French are taught from early childhood, and English is compulsory from the age of five.
The General School Counselor and the team of education aides collaborate with the teaching staff and parents to enable students to express their cognitive and emotional potential. Counselors are present year-round and attentive to students' well-being, and they monitor attendance and adherence to the rules. The General Counselor is the main point of contact for teachers and parents to clarify any situation. They also offer workshops to contribute to character development. Counselors supervise activities and events in School Life and facilitate access to services such as boarding, cafeteria, and transportation. Counselors are available to assist via the student diary, the EDX interface, or by appointment.

Located in Bousmayel Ajim on the island of Djerba, Groupe Scolaire International Les Nouvelles Générations is the first large international school in southern Tunisia. The 35‑hectare campus sits among olive groves and palm trees and hosts an IB continuum from Primary Years Programme to Diploma Programme, authorized by the Tunisian Ministry of Education for Primary, Collège and Lycée levels. The school serves ages 5 to 18 in day and boarding settings, including a 120‑bed on‑site boarding facility and transport services for the island and Zarzis. Facilities include a well‑equipped teaching block, a high‑standard sports complex, a 200 m2 Centre de Documentation et d'Information (CDI) with more than 6,000 titles, laboratories, a dining hall, and cultural spaces. French is the language of instruction, with German, English, Arabic, Spanish and French taught.
