School buses are operated by OKULSER. Drivers and hostesses receive ongoing training under the guidance of our psychological counselors. Buses and services are certified under Highway Traffic and School Bus Service Vehicles Service Regulation and are regularly supervised under ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System and the Ministry of Transport's School Bus Service Regulation. Tachometer and GPRS equipment continuously monitor speed.

Application & registration fees and deposits
- Transfer / entrance exam: a fee is charged for paid transfer-student entrance exams (example: a published transfer exam fee is TRY 750).
- Reservation / ‘yedek kayıt' deposit: a deposit is required to reserve a place for candidates on waiting lists. For preschool (anaokulu) the reserve payment is set at 10% of the relevant education fee and is refunded if no place opens; the deposit is credited against the final registration fee if the student is accepted.
- Minimum advance on new / renewed registrations: for registrations after the first registration window, parents must typically pay a minimum percentage of the relevant period fee to secure the place (for 2026–27 the required minimum advance is 20% by the specified registration date).

- Separate meal and educational-activity / digital platform fees apply for high school as well (examples: high-school meal and platform fees are listed separately and vary by registration window). IB Diploma Program students are additionally charged the USDP fee in line with the Ministry's regulation. iPad recommendations and accessory costs are communicated at registration; devices are not included in the tuition.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Registration windows with different published fee levels: there are three published billing windows that affect published fee totals — early registration (payment by 13 March), a mid registration window (14 March–31 May) and late registration (after 1 June). Fees increase for later registration windows.
- Installments and deferred payment: installment-payment options are available; the number of permitted installments and the total amount depend on the payment window and the chosen plan (examples shown in published schedules include 12, 8 and 6 installment totals for many grades; some plans are structured as 1 upfront payment + a fixed number of monthly installments). The school collects taksitli payments through a campus installment platform administered by VakıfBank (“VİNOV”).
- Minimum payment to confirm registration: for later registration windows a minimum advance (example: 20% of the period fee) is required by the stated registration date in order for the registration to be considered complete. If a family chooses a taksitli plan, the specific upfront percentage and the installment schedule are governed by the bank's Vinov plan.

Boarding / dormitory fees
- Boarding: no boarding/dormitory fees are published for ALKEV; the school's published fee schedules do not include any resident/boarding charges, and ALKEV operates as a day school with separately billed meal services.

Other costs or fees (uniforms, transport, devices, exam and activity fees)
- Uniforms and student transport (servis) are not included in the tuition figures and are charged separately; these costs are not included in the posted tuition totals. School-supplied items that are excluded from the tuition total include school clothing, bus service fees and individual lesson materials (instruments, calculators, personal tablets, etc.).
- Stationery & activity charges (where shown) are published as separate line items (examples given for anaokulu; primary/middle/high levels have separate “educational activities & digital platform” fees). These items include intra-school class activities, city-trip costs, and subscriptions for digital learning platforms.
- External exam / certification fees: language diplomas and external exam programmes (for example DSD language examinations and IB-related fees/USDP obligations) are handled according to the programme rules and external-registration charges are applied where required; IB Diploma–related USDP fees are charged in accordance with the regulation. Specific external exam registration fees vary by exam and year and are billed separately.

Refunds and cancellation
- Withdrawal before school opening: if a registered family requests cancellation before the school's opening date, the school's published policy refunds 90% of the total paid fee (i.e., a 90% refund of total fee if cancellation occurs before school opens).
- Unsuccessful waiting-list (yedek) reservations: reserve deposits paid for waiting-list positions are refunded when a place does not open or if the candidate is not accepted from the waiting list. When a waiting-list payment is applied to an accepted registration, the deposit is deducted from the applicable registration fee.

Accepted payment methods and practical payment notes
- Accepted methods: bank transfer (IBAN provided for direct payments), credit-card payment via the school's online payment portal and installment (taksit) plans via the VakıfBank Vinov campus payment system are all published payment routes. Example bank details in published registration guidance list a Ziraat Bankası IBAN for the foundation's account for peşin payments. Credit-card payments via the online portal are generally processed as single (one-off) transactions; some banks run promotional installment campaigns for single-card payments.
- Timing: the published rules set out the dates by which particular payment options and instalment schedules must be chosen and indicate that the full selected payment for registration-day choices must be completed on the registration day where required; certain digital-content / platform fees must be paid in full at registration.
