ALKEV Private Schools are located in Büyükçekmece on 30 acres of land intertwined with nature. The campus consists of indoor sports halls, outdoor sports fields, and buildings for kindergarten, primary, middle and high school. It was built in accordance with German norms using steel construction after soil surveys. The campus sits away from city traffic and features 1,250 m2 of combined outdoor and indoor sports space, 12,000 m2 of indoor space, and 18,000 m2 of green area, enabling study with advanced technology in a peaceful and secure environment.
Sports facilities total 1,250 square meters and include a Large Indoor Gym with Bleachers and a Small Indoor Gym with Bleachers, two Multi-Purpose Outdoor Pitches, one Outdoor Soccer Field, two Outdoor Basketball Courts, two Outdoor Volleyball Courts, a Multi-Purpose Hall in the Kindergarten, and a Dance and Performing Arts Studio. The Indoor Sports Hall seats 806 and provides separate men's and women's changing rooms and equipment rooms with showers. There is direct access from the halls to a multi-purpose open court.
ALKEV has a science laboratory used by primary and middle schools. The physics, chemistry and biology laboratories opened in 2013-2014, with three new labs added in 2020-2021, all equipped with the latest technology to support experiments. All students from primary to high school can conduct individual and group experiments and engage in scientific projects in these laboratories. Our technology infrastructure includes an all-access iMac Lab and a Windows-based PC Lab with internet, plus Apple, Android and Windows devices in classrooms, two local servers, and SmartBoards used as interactive whiteboards in every classroom.
Clubs program is designed to expose students' potential within age-appropriate interests and to enrich their experience in the fields of multiple intelligences. Club activities run according to the annual academic year calendar.
ALKEV Private Schools, located in Büyükçekmece, Turkey, operate as coeducational day schools offering IB Diploma Programme, Chinese National Curriculum, and a bespoke curriculum.
