Early enrollment is available. Prospective guardians fill out the Early Enrollment form to be contacted by the school. The form asks for the guardian's full name, email address, mobile phone, which school to register at (Preschool, Primary School, Middle School, High School), and consent to be contacted by phone and e‑mail. The school offers Cambridge and International Baccalaureate (IB) programs from kindergarten to high school and uses the Cambridge English Education System, with instruction in English and Turkish. The school has teachers from 12 nationalities.
The Antalya Toplum Koleji bursluluk exam is open to students from Antalya's private and public elementary and middle schools in 4th–7th grades. Applications were accepted January 2, 2023 to February 10, 2023, online at the burs page or in person at Altınkale Mah. Palmiye Cad. No: 10/A, Döşemealtı, Antalya. Access to scholarship information/documents is available at the burs page. The exam location was Antalya Toplum Koleji Ortaokulu, Altınkale Mah. Palmiye Cad. No: 10/A, Döşemealtı, Antalya, and the exam date/time was March 11, 2023 at 14:30 (one session per grade). The exam is free. The test targets 4th grade and 5th–7th grades; questions cover material seen up to the exam date. Bring identity documents; dictionaries, calculators, and devices with computing capability (phones, etc.) are not allowed. Late arrivals after 15 minutes are not admitted; substitutes are not allowed; cheating cancels the exam. Ranking is based on total nets; Turkish nets are used to break ties, then Mathematics nets, then Science and Foreign Language nets, and finally a computer draw if still tied. The Evaluation Committee includes Ayşegül Kaşlı (President), Esra Altıntas (Turkish), Yağmur Karakurt (Guidance Counselor), Bihter Ay (Turkish), Merve Esmer (Mathematics), Sevcan Ercan (Science), Gizem Tarhan (English). A Soru Dağılım Tablosu shows the subject distribution by grade (Turkish, Mathematics, Science, English). Scholarships are awarded as follows: 1) First place in each grade (4th–7th) receives 100% tuition scholarship for the class; 2) Second place receives 75%; 3) Third place receives 50%; 4) Fourth place receives 25%. The scholarship covers tuition only (meals and transport are not included) and remains valid through the end of 8th grade; scholarships are limited by school and class quotas. If a student who earned a scholarship transfers, is expelled, or has excessive absences, the scholarship is canceled. If no scholarship is awarded, a 10% discount for the enrollment month is applied. The scholarship discounts are valid until March 31, 2023. Results are announced on March 16, 2023, and parents may appeal within 2 days.
