The Learning Support Department provides support for students with Special Needs, coordinates with the ESL department, and collaborates with Educational Psychologists, Speech Therapists and other professionals; includes individual and group intervention and regular parent communication.

The main BIS school day runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Pre-School offers shorter hours: half-day 8:30 am–12:00 pm; half-day with lunch 8:30 am–1:00 pm; full day 8:30 am–3:30 pm.

Payment options and pricing choices
- Advance (single) payment: a 5% discount applies to the annual tuition; discounted totals are: 36–42 months TRY 880,175.00; 43–53 months TRY 880,175.00; 54–60 months TRY 976,590.50; Primary TRY 1,226,431.00; Middle School TRY 1,264,060.50; High School TRY 1,665,711.00.
- Installment payment: full annual tuition may be paid in four equal installments (see installment schedule below).
- Parents choose either the advance (discounted) payment or the installment plan.
Installment schedule and amounts (four installments per academic year)
- Installment due dates: 1st due 30 December 2025; 2nd due 30 January 2026; 3rd due 27 February 2026; 4th due 31 March 2026.
- Per-installment amounts (each of four equal payments):
- 36–42 months: TRY 231,625.00 per installment.
- 43–53 months: TRY 231,625.00 per installment.
- 54–60 months: TRY 256,997.50 per installment.
- Primary: TRY 322,745.00 per installment.
- Middle School: TRY 332,647.50 per installment.
- High School: TRY 438,345.00 per installment.
What the school fees cover / what is excluded
- Included in the school fees: meals, after-school clubs (15:30–16:30), and city excursions.
- Not included in the tuition: books, stationery, and school uniform costs.
- Stationery and book lists are published to parents; purchase must follow the school's prescribed list and approved suppliers.
Value added tax and price adjustments
- A VAT rate of 10% applies to the fees in accordance with legislation; any statutory change in the VAT rate will be reflected in the fees from the law's effective date.
Discounts and concessions
- Children of teachers and academics receive a 10% tuition discount.
- For families with two or three siblings enrolled, a 10% discount is applied to younger siblings from the second year of their enrolment.
- The total combined discount is capped at 25%.
Refunds and cancellation policy
- If registration is cancelled prior to the start of the academic year, the school will refund the paid tuition after deducting one-tenth (1/10) of the school tuition fee in line with the applicable regulation; the remainder is returned to the payer.
Boarding / residential provision
- No boarding or residential accommodation is listed as part of BIS Schools' campus services; transport for day students is provided through a contracted bus operator (AZ-AL).
Other costs and optional services
- Transport: a contracted school-bus service is available through AZ-AL; bus registration and fees are arranged separately with the transport provider.
- Uniforms, books, stationery and other personal learning materials are charged separately.
Billing schedule and payment terms (summary)
- Two billing options: single advance payment (5% discount) or four equal instalments on the dates listed above.
- Admissions/registration requires completion of registration forms and receipt of the school's Financial Policy and invoice information at the point of enrolment.

- The school's Financial Policy and invoice information (provided to parents during registration) set out accepted payment methods and account/invoice details and must be completed as part of the registration process.
- Parents choosing the advance-payment option receive the discounted total; parents choosing instalments must pay each instalment by its due date as shown in the billing schedule.

The BIS Schools in Istanbul deliver a multi-campus, bilingual international education for ages 3 to 18 across three campuses: Zekeriyaköy, Bahçeşehir and Çamlıca Hill.
