Boarding fees (applicable)
- Boarding is offered for the school. Published day‑student fee materials do not show a single public boarding schedule on the fee pages; an historical/structured fee summary that has circulated lists a boarding charge of USD 500 (commonly shown as a per‑term boarding charge in past fee summaries). Use the boarding availability and historical boarding charge as indicative only.
Other recurring and one‑off costs commonly charged
- Medical fee (annual example): UGX 187,977 (see example for Kindergarten 1).
- Uniform: historical published schedules and fee summaries list uniform charges (examples in USD around USD 100 in circulated fee summaries).
- Resource / development fee: historical fee summaries list a small resource development fee (example USD 50).
- Transport (for non‑resident day students): historical fee summaries list transport charges (example USD 400 in circulated schedules).
- Examination / external assessment charges (IGCSE/AS/A‑level): charged separately in candidate years; these exam charges are billed in addition to tuition.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school runs a three‑term academic calendar (term dates typically: mid‑August to December; early January to March; April to June). Tuition is commonly presented as an annual sum and billed per term (three instalments) or can be invoiced on a termly basis. The per‑term figures provided above are annual ÷ 3 to reflect the three terms.
- Historical/archived fee documents and circulated fee summaries indicate: bank slip invoicing before each term, acceptance of direct bank deposit or bank‑to‑bank transfer, issuance of bank details in parent notices, and addition of bank charges or telegraphic transfer costs to the payer where applicable. Late payment penalties and returned‑cheque fees are included in circulated fee summaries (examples: bounced‑cheque fee USD 100; interest or late‑payment charges applied to overdue balances).
Refunds and withdrawal
- No detailed public refund schedule or comprehensive refund policy is published in the fee pages and the primary fee summaries for 2025/2026; historical fee documents circulated to parents indicate that certain one‑time fees (for example, registration/admission) are charged at enrolment and that outstanding balances affect release of candidate results or documents. Specific refundable items (for example, refundable caution/security deposits) are not listed in the publicly visible fee summaries for the 2025/2026 materials reviewed.
Accepted payment methods and practical notes
- Published and circulated school fee materials and parent notices indicate payment by direct bank deposit / bank‑to‑bank transfer and local bank payment slips. Historical materials and circulated fee summaries note acceptance of payments in USD or in Uganda Shillings (UGX) at the bank exchange rate on credit, and that bank charges for telegraphic transfers are added to the payer's account. Examples of bank details and bank deposit instructions have been provided to parents in school newsletters.
Notes on presentation and currency
- The school's official fee pages present rates in United States Dollars; the annual and per‑term figures above are given in Uganda Shillings where a consolidated UGX figure is published for 2025/2026 and per‑term numbers are the annual amounts divided into three equal instalments to reflect a three‑term billing year.
