Kabojja International School began in 2008 with the High School, followed by the opening of the Junior School in 2012. It is located in Buziga - Munyonyo, with the Junior School on Mulamula Road and the High School on O.K. Muwanga Road. It is a Cambridge International Centre and an IB World School, delivering the British Cambridge Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate to a diverse student body. The school is fully licensed by the Ministry of Education and Sports and upholds core values of compassion, empathy, honesty, integrity and responsibility.
Kabojja International School serves learners from over 30 nationalities, creating a truly international learning community. Cultural and community life is enriched by events such as KIS Cultural Day, which features cultural presentations, food stalls, traditional games and exhibits; in 2024 the High School Cultural Day hosted the Swedish Ambassador to Uganda, who praised the student exhibits. The school highlights heritage and culture through events like EKISAAKAATE KYA NNABAGEREKA 2025, described as a week of heritage, humanity, and healing. The school provides pastoral care, mentoring and tutoring, and boarding provisions as part of its community support structures.
Kabojja International School is a private, co-educational boarding and day school in Uganda that serves learners from ages 2 to 18. It delivers a dual international program, combining the Cambridge International Curriculum with the International Baccalaureate, including Cambridge Primary, Cambridge Secondary, IGCSE, AS and A Levels, and the IB Primary Years Programme and Middle Years Programme. The school is a Cambridge International Centre and an IB World School, currently preparing to offer the Diploma Programme as part of a full IB continuum.
