Annual tuition at Ajman Academy ranges from AED 24,000 to AED 67,850 for 2026/27.
Application and registration fees
- Application (assessment) fee: AED 500, payable at the time of application. AED 500 is not refundable if the student does not join.
- Advance payment on acceptance: AED 5,000. AED 500 of this advance is non-refundable in case of withdrawal; the remainder is deducted from the annual tuition.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are payable in four instalments: an initial advance payment followed by three termly instalments (Autumn, Spring, Summer). Specific term due dates and instalment amounts vary by year group as listed above.
- Cheques must be submitted to the School Finance Office before the start of the academic year; substitution of a post‑dated cheque with cash must be completed ten days before the cheque date. A bounced cheque attracts a fine of AED 500 per occurrence.
Boarding fees
- No boarding provision or boarding fee schedule is listed for Ajman Academy; boarding is not applicable.
Other costs and optional services
- School meals (catering) are charged separately. Sample meal charges: Term 1 full package AED 1,890; Term 2 full package AED 1,630; Term 3 full package AED 1,610; Full year full package AED 5,130. Lunch-only and snack-only option prices are also available.
- Transportation is optional and charged separately: Inside Ajman AED 5,000 per academic year; Outside Ajman AED 6,000 per academic year.
- Uniforms, after-school activities, school trips and some other services are not included in the tuition and are charged separately.
- Book levies apply for higher grades (Grades 7–9 AED 1,000; Grades 10–12 AED 1,500) as noted above.
Refund information
- Withdrawal notification must be submitted in writing with 30 days' notice to the Admissions Office. The application fee is non-refundable. Refunds for tuition and transportation follow Ministry of Education bylaws for private education: if a student attends less than two weeks of the term, one month's fees are payable; more than two weeks but less than one month, two months' fees are payable; if attendance exceeds one month, one full term's fees are payable. The value of one month's fees is calculated by dividing the total annual costs by 10. Refunds are returned to the original payee and processed by cheque within 10 working days after submission of the designated refund form and required documents.

Consequences of non-payment
- Failure to pay fees on time may result in loss of the student's place, withholding of school reports, transfer certificates and examination results, or temporary suspension from school.
