Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Inquiry & Registration. Online Registration is available via the online registration form. A campus visit can be arranged to meet the Registrar and receive detailed information about the admission process, fee structure, and required documents. In-person tours or virtual tours are offered for prospective families. 2. Document Submission. Submit the required documents: student and parent passport copies (including visa pages); Emirates IDs for both student and parents; two recent passport-sized photos; an attested birth certificate (English or Arabic); vaccination certificate; previous school reports (last 2 years for KG, latest report for Grades 1–12); and a transfer certificate if applicable. Additional documents may be requested by the Registrar as needed. 3. Assessment & Interview. An interactive session or assessment test is scheduled as directed by the Registrar. The evaluation assesses academic readiness and placement needs. An interview may be conducted as part of the process. 4. Admission Confirmation. The Registrar confirms admission status after the assessment. You will be notified of the outcome and next steps. Provisional admission is subject to Ministry of Education approval. 5. Fee Payment & Final Registration. Pay the registration fee, which will be credited toward the first term fees. Bring the original Emirates IDs for the child and parent to complete registration with the Ministry of Education. Final registration is contingent on MOE approval. 6. Age Placement. Age placement follows MOE regulations and international best practices. Each grade lists an age by August 31; examples include early grades starting at age 3. The Registrar can confirm the appropriate grade for a child who is transferring from another curriculum. Parents should verify the correct grade with the Registrar if unsure.
