Billing schedule and payment terms

- Withdrawal during term (beginning of academic year): fee deductions are applied depending on attendance length: if the student attends up to part of week 1 and then withdraws without written notice, the registration fee is not refunded; attendance of 1–3 weeks leads to a deduction equal to one month's fees; 3–6 weeks leads to deduction equal to two months' fees; attendance of more than six weeks results in deduction of one semester's fees. Book fees are refundable only if the student did not attend and the refund request is before the start of the academic year. Transportation fees follow the same refund rules as tuition. One month's fee is calculated as annual tuition divided by ten.
