Billing schedule and payment terms

Annual fees may be collected in three instalments: first instalment 40% of annual tuition due at the start of Term 1, second instalment 30% due at the start of Term 2, and third instalment 30% due at the start of Term 3. - Tuition fees paid prior to the beginning of the academic year are refundable with only the registration/re-registration fees deducted.
- If the student was enrolled for two weeks or less, one month's fees will be deducted from any refund.
- If the student was enrolled for a period of more than two weeks and up to one month, two months' fees will be deducted.
- If the student was enrolled for more than one month, the full term's fees will be deducted.
- Refunds are calculated from the start of the term and from the date of the official written withdrawal request submitted to the Registrar; absence alone does not start the refund period.
- Student withdrawals require written notification to the Registrar and a 30-day notification period.

Siblings discount
- Sibling discounts applicable from Academic Year 2025–2026 for families with a third child and above: third child 5% discount; fourth child 10% discount; fifth child and above 15% discount. These discounts apply as described in the school's fee framework.

Non-payment consequences
