Application / Registration fee
- A registration (enrollment) payment of AED 1,000 is required within two weeks of receiving the acceptance email. This AED 1,000 is applied against the tuition fees (refunded by being credited to tuition).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Registration / re-registration payment window: May 1 – September 1. Term 1 payment window: August 1 – September 1. Term 2 payment window: December 1 – January 7. Term 3 payment window: March 1 – April 7.
- Enrollment is completed by payment of Term 1 fees; tuition must be fully paid before the first day of school (termly or annually). The school may prioritize seats for families with full payment. In the event of non-payment the school may apply reminders, suspension, or withhold school documents until outstanding dues are cleared.
- When paying online, attach the bank/online payment receipt and send it immediately to Accounts@anps.co.
Boarding fees
- No boarding provision or boarding fees are listed for Al Najah Private School; boarding is not applicable. The school operates as a K–12 day international school.
Other costs and incidental fees
- Uniform: AED 300 covers one pair of pants, one polo, and one jacket. Extra uniform item prices: jacket AED 120, pant AED 90, polo AED 90. The jacket is mandatory per the school rules.
- Bus / transportation: bus charges are shown as a separate “with bus” option in the fee schedule. The published fee table implies a fixed annual bus charge of AED 4,550 (this figure is the difference between the ‘with bus' and ‘without bus' totals and between ‘1st payment with bus' and ‘1st payment without bus' in the school's fee table; this is an inference from the published fee breakdown). Bus/transportation fees are subject to change pending Department of Transport approval. External examination fees (e.g., IGCSE/A-level exam charges) incur additional charges.
Refunds and mid‑term leavers
- The AED 1,000 registration payment is credited against tuition. For mid-term starters and leavers the school may retain a portion of tuition as follows (calculation uses a 10‑month divisor):
- If a student attends any part of week one or does not show without sufficient written notice, the school may retain the registration/re-registration fee value.
- Attendance of up to three weeks: the school may retain the value of one full month's tuition.
- Attendance of over three weeks and up to six weeks: the school may retain the value of two full months' tuition.
- Attendance over six weeks in a term: the school may retain the full term fee.
- The school may withhold report cards, transfer certificates, and re‑registration until outstanding dues are settled.

- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (send bank slip to Accounts@anps.co with student details), cash deposit (send deposit receipt to Accounts@anps.co), cheques (accepted only from selected companies; ATM deposit of cheques is prohibited), in-person payment by cash or credit card, and online payment through the school payment portal.
