Billing schedule and payment terms

- First Term fees are due on or before 2 August. Term 2 and Term 3 fees are due one month prior to the term start date; Term 2 fees should be paid by 6 December and Term 3 by 14 March.
- Once a seat is offered, a non-refundable Registration Fee equal to 10% of the year's total tuition fees (or AED 4,000 as stated) is required within 10 days of the acceptance letter to reserve the seat; this is deductible against first-term tuition fees.
- Post-dated checks for Term 2 may be lodged in advance. A charge of AED 500 applies for any returned or dishonoured check. Manager's checks are preferred.

Boarding fees

- Boarding: Not applicable. The school operates as a day school; no boarding fees or boarding provision are listed.

Other costs and fees

- KHDA administration and service charges: standard KHDA tariffs apply for services such as transfer fees, education continuation certificates, attestation of documents and similar services (examples: AED 120 or AED 520 depending on service). These KHDA fees are charged when the service is requested.
- Books: Textbooks are supplied on loan; students must return books at the end of the term or academic year.
- Uniform: Uniforms are purchased externally at Zaks Store (Uptown Mirdiff); store contact details are provided for purchases.
- Transportation: School bus service is provided by Arab Falcon Dubai; bus fees vary by location.
- Extra-Curricular Activities (ECAs) and educational visits: May attract additional charges, especially when provided by partner suppliers.
- Exam fees: External examination fees may apply where relevant; parents will be informed in advance of such charges.
- SEN/EAL/ILSA: Specialist support services for students with additional needs may attract separate charges depending on support required.

Refund information (tuition refund policy)

- Notice of withdrawal and application for a tuition refund must be made in writing to the School Principal. Refunds are governed by Ministry of Education regulations. If a student has not attended any classes, the balance of the first semester fee paid is refundable minus any registration fee charged for placing the student on the school's class list (subject to Principal approval and MOE rules). If withdrawal occurs during term time, fees are charged as follows: 1 full month if attendance was 2 weeks or less; 2 full months if attendance was more than 2 weeks and less than 1 month; 3 full months if attendance was more than 1 month.

Fee payment options

- Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card (MasterCard and Visa only), bank transfer, or check. Manager's checks are preferred.
- Credit card holders may convert school payments into 0% instalments where available. A Credit Card Authorisation Form is used for card payments. All bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the remitter; include student name and grade on transfer and confirm payment with the accounts team.

Notes on discounts and credits

- A sibling discount (10% on tuition fees for the third/youngest and subsequent child paying full fees) is referenced for Taaleem schools for the 2024/25 academic year; terms and applicability may vary by year and by group policies.
