Uniforms are mandatory and issued by the school; the school bag is part of the uniform and available for purchase at the school. On PE and swimming days, students wear the PE uniform with plain white socks and plain black shoes. Girls in G4-G12 wear the school hijab (white for G4-G8, navy blue for G9-G12); hair and grooming rules apply.
The canteen is fully equipped and offers a range of nutritious food and drinks to promote healthy eating. An online canteen app, Hot Oven, allows pre-ordering meals and staff deliver meals to classrooms. Health and safety measures are in place in the canteen operations.
ASCS Maliha is operated by BEAM (Bukhatir Education Advancement & Management). The school is governed by a School Governing Body that includes parents, teachers, students, and community members; the Chair of Governors is Mr. Shadi Hassan, and the Principal and Vice Principal are members of the governing body. BEAM leadership oversees the school's strategic direction as part of the BEAM network.
