The American School of Creative Science Maliha is located on Maliha Road in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. It is BEAM-managed and NEASC-accredited, reflecting its international standards. The campus offers modern facilities, including libraries, auditoriums, ICT rooms, kitchen labs, and sporting amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a multi-purpose hall. ASCS Maliha serves students from Pre-KG through Grade 12, with classrooms and programs spanning early years to secondary levels. The curriculum combines US Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards in English and Science with UAE MOE Arabic, Islamic Education, Social Studies, and Moral Education.
ASCS Maliha is a private international day school managed by Bukhatir BEAM. It delivers a US-oriented curriculum blended with UAE MOE subjects and is NEASC-accredited.
The school provides on-site inclusion support via a team of social workers and SEND teachers, with modified entrance assessments and documentation requirements where needed. An on-site safeguarding and wellbeing framework supports students, including a designated Inclusion Lead and a SEND team.
There is no formal country affiliation. The school follows a blended US curriculum (Common Core/NGSS) with UAE MOE requirements and holds NEASC accreditation.

Registration / Application fee
- Registration deposit (new enrolment only): AED 500. This deposit is applied against the first-term tuition fee. If the child does not join the school, the deposit is non-refundable.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Installment due dates are presented as 1st September (first installment), 1st December (second installment) and 1st March (third installment). The first-term fee (first installment) must be paid in cash or by current-dated cheque. The second and third installments must be provided as post-dated cheques submitted along with the first installment.
- All cheques must be made payable to "AMERICAN SCHOOL OF CREATIVE SCIENCE PVT L.L.C SP." If a post-dated cheque needs to be withdrawn, written notice plus the exact amount of cash must be provided to the accounts department at least two weeks before the cheque due date.
- Tuition fee for late enrolment is calculated according to Ministry of Education rules and regulations. External exam fees are charged separately.
Transportation fees and billing
- Transportation is charged separately. Sample rates for Academic Year 2025-26 (amounts in AED):
- Dubai: One-way AED 5,300; Two-way AED 6,400.
- Sharjah: One-way AED 5,000; Two-way AED 6,100.
- Ajman: One-way AED 5,100; Two-way AED 6,200.
- Al Dhaid, Al Madam, Al-Filly, Flaj-Al Mualla, UAQ: One-way AED 8,700; Two-way AED 8,700 (these locations are shown at the same rate).
- Transport cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Transport Department. Refunds for transport are processed in accordance with Ministry of Education rules and regulations; the transport department will provide details to Accounts for refund processing.
Boarding / residence fees
- Boarding is not listed and no boarding fees are provided. ASCS Maliha operates as a day school with separate transport options; there are no boarding fee entries in the published fee structure.
Other costs and fees
- Uniforms and school books are charged separately. Fees for school books and uniforms are non-refundable. Uniform purchases may be paid in cash or by card depending on the items purchased. External examination fees are charged separately.
- The fee schedule notes that parents who receive tuition coverage through their employer must submit a confirmation letter from the employer and provide a security check from their personal account; payment from the employer must be arranged within 30 days according to the payment plan.
Discounts and scholarships
- Sibling discounts on net tuition fees: 1st child 0%; 2nd child 5%; 3rd child 10%; 4th child 15%; 5th child and above 20%.
- Quran memorization discounts on net fees: 20–29 Juz' = 15% discount; Full memorization = 25% discount. Referral discounts (applied on youngest child net fees) and performance-based discounts for MAP and SAT high achievers are also listed.
Refund information and timing
- Fees for school books and uniforms are non-refundable. Discounts are not applicable in the event of cancellation of registration during the academic year. Refunds (including transport refunds) are processed as per Ministry of Education rules and regulations. Fee refunds are made only once all dues are settled. Any refund requires twelve (12) working days after all relevant paperwork has been submitted to the Accounts Department.
