Uniform is mandatory for all students and must be school-issued. Plain white socks and plain black shoes are worn on all school days; the P.E. uniform is worn on PE and swimming days. Hair must be natural-colored and neatly kept, hijab colors vary by year, and the school bag is part of the uniform.
The canteen offers a wide variety of nutritious food and beverages. Canteen services are designed to promote healthy eating habits.
The school has a four-house system. Each student belongs to one House; houses have colors and crests designed by students. A captain and deputy captain lead each House, and students earn points for activities, with assemblies recognizing achievement and participation.
ASCS Nad Al Sheba is managed by Bukhatir Education Advancement and Management (BEAM). It is a subsidiary of Bukhatir Group, and BEAM operates the school.
