Transport charges depend on the pickup area selected. Transport, books, medical, exam fees and canteen deposit are payable separately as part of the first instalment before Term 1 (1 September).
- Uniforms are not included in the tuition figures and are purchased separately through the school's uniform arrangements.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed on a three-instalment schedule for new admissions in Academic Year 2025–26: 1 September (40% of annual tuition), 1 December (30%), and 1 March (30%). Transport, books, medical, exam fees and canteen deposit should be paid as part of the first instalment before 1 September. A registration deposit (AED 2,000) is taken at enrolment and adjusted against the first instalment.

Discounts and concessions
- Sibling discount: 1st child 5%; 2nd child 5%; 3rd child and above 10% (applied as published).
- Quran memorization discounts (applied on net fees): 20–29 Juz' = 15%; full memorization = 25% (terms and conditions apply).
- Additional institutional / corporate discounts (examples): ESAAD employees 20% on gross fees; certain corporate/DEWA employees 10% (on net fees); Police and Armed Forces 10% on net fees.

Refund information and non‑refundable items
- Application fee (AED 525) is non-refundable and not deductible from tuition. Registration deposit (AED 2,000) is adjusted against the first term tuition but is non-refundable if the child does not join. Re-registration fee (AED 1,000) is non-refundable but is deductible from the first-term tuition and collected after spring break. Canteen deposit is adjusted according to usage and may be refunded/adjusted in line with actual consumption and school policy. These refund/non‑refund rules apply as stated in the published fees schedule.

Fee payment options
- Online payment is available through the Parent Portal using selected banks' credit cards. The school offers bank instalment plans up to 12 months at 0% profit rate through selected banks; the bank may apply one-time minimal processing charges. Bank, card and instalment plan availability are subject to the bank's terms.
