Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Complete the online application form. View the Virtual Tours and use the Age Eligibility calculator to determine the appropriate year level. The school follows KHDA regulations and uses a 13-year system. FS1 to Year 2 placement is based on age as of December 31 of the admissions year; Year 3 to Year 12 placement is normally the year level immediately after the year completed in the current school.
2. Remit the required documents for assessment. Submit copies of the child's passport and birth certificate (English), immunization records, medical insurance card, visa, Emirates ID, and a JPEG photo of the child. Include a transfer certificate from the current school if applicable. An assessment fee of AED 525 (inclusive of VAT) is payable to book the assessment. KHDA regulations govern transfer and placement practices.
3. Assessment and review. After the assessment is completed, feedback is provided via email within 7 to 10 working days. Offer letters are sent to successful candidates. The process determines whether a place is offered and under what terms.
4. Offer and acceptance. The Registration Fee is AED 2,000 per EYFS student and AED 2,500 per student from Year 1 onward. The registration fee is non-refundable but is adjustable against the first term's tuition and must be paid within 3 days of the offer.
5. Remain documents for enrolment. Submit: birth certificate (English copy), immunization records, medical insurance card, visa, Emirates ID, and passport copies; provide a JPEG photo of the child and parents. A transfer certificate from the previous school is required where applicable, and additional enrolment forms (AGS Medical Form) may be requested.
6. KHDA registration and transfer certificates. Transfer certificate requirements depend on the country of origin. For United Kingdom, Western Europe, Australia, Canada, and the USA, the transfer certificate typically requires only the school stamp and Head of School signature. Other countries may require attestation by ministries and the UAE consulate or embassy.
7. Dubai-based transfers. For students transferring from another Dubai school, a transfer certificate is required to facilitate placement. Attestation requirements vary by origin, with some cases needing ministry and UAE consulate attestations.
8. Year level placement and progression. The school places students into age-appropriate year groups following KHDA guidelines. FS1 to Year 2 placement is age-based; Year 3 to Year 12 placement follows the year completed in the previous school.
The school offers equity and merit-based scholarships. Scholarships are provided as part of a program with total awards valued up to 31.5 million AED. Details on specific eligibility criteria are not published here, but the program includes merit-based opportunities across the student body.
