Aspen Heights British School is located in the Al Bahya area of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The campus is on Street 15 in Al Bahya, near Emirates Park Zoo. It serves the Al Bahya and Al Raha communities on Abu Dhabi's outskirts and is accessible by road from surrounding neighbourhoods.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees may be paid annually or in three instalments. Fees must be received before the first day of school.
- Payment due dates when paying in three instalments are: Term 1 — 1 August; Term 2 — 1 December; Term 3 — 1 March.
- Term 1 invoices include the registration fee (5% of annual tuition) which is due at enrolment.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not listed as an offering or charged in the fee schedule; no boarding fees are applicable.
Other costs and optional fees
- External examination entry costs (for specified external exams) are charged in addition to tuition where applicable and are the responsibility of parents.
- Therapy fees apply in addition to Oasis programme tuition where indicated.
- Bus/transportation: Bus service fees are AED 5,000 per annum (route coverage and availability are as advised by the school).
- Uniform: School uniform (including sports clothing, hats, school bags and plain black school shoes) must be purchased from the on-site uniform shop; shop contact details are provided for purchases.
- Any additional activities, enrichment programmes, trips or specialist services may incur separate charges as billed by the school.
Refund and cancellation information
- Fees once paid are refundable in line with regulatory-body guidance. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with proof of payment. Refund processing may take up to 14 business days and refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Discounts
- Sibling discounts are offered for eldest and subsequent children (details at the school's admissions/finance office). Residents of Al Reef 1 and Al Reef 2 receive a 10% tuition discount. Corporate discounts may be available at the school's discretion.
