Day Structure

Application and Assessment Fee

- A one-time, non-refundable application fee is payable at the time of application: AED 525 (inclusive of VAT).

Registration / Enrolment Deposit

- For students joining Year 1 and above the Registration/Enrolment deposit required to secure a place is AED 4,000; this deposit is offset against the annual tuition fees. The deposit must be paid within seven business days of the offer of acceptance. The deposit is normally non-refundable except in specified circumstances (see Refunds).

- For the Early Excellence Centre (nursery) the registration requirement is expressed as 10% of the annual nursery fee to confirm a place; this amount is offset against the annual fee and subject to the school's refund rules.

Payment schedule and terms

- Tuition may be paid either as a single annual payment or termly. Termly payment schedule follows: Term 1 (40%) due by 1 August; Term 2 (30%) due by 1 December; Term 3 (30%) due by 1 March. Registration/enrolment deposit is due within seven days of offer acceptance and is offset against the first payment. Applicable fee increases require KHDA approval.

- Students will not be permitted to start the academic year unless first-term fees are paid in full. Failure to pay fees can result in withholding school reports, examination results, and may lead to temporary or permanent exclusion.

Fee discounts and concessions

- Sibling discount: 5% on tuition for the second child and above (applies to the Founders/tuition fee as specified by the school). Additional concessions such as staff discounts and referrals are listed in the school's KHDA fact sheets. An early-payment discount (2.5%) and school-management concessions are also recorded in official fee fact sheets where applicable.

Other compulsory and optional costs

Refunds and cancellation

- The registration/enrolment deposit is normally non-refundable if a family chooses not to take up the reserved place; an exception is made if the family must relocate outside the UAE or if employment termination forces departure from the UAE, subject to submission of documentary evidence (for example employer letter, visa cancellation, or confirmation of enrolment at a school outside Dubai). If the family chooses to homeschool the child, they are not eligible for a refund of the registration fee. Re-enrolment fees are non-refundable. These refund rules are applied in accordance with the KHDA Tuition Fee Framework.

Boarding/Residential provision

- Boarding is not applicable; no boarding or residential fees are listed.

Fee payment methods and bank details

- Accepted payment methods: debit/credit card (including via the application form payment link), bank transfer/online transfer, cash, and cheque. Bank transfer details (for transfers to Bloom Education LLC) are provided by the school's Accounts/Finance office; an example bank listing published for payments is:
