Bright Learners Private School currently serves Pre-K through Grade 7. Grade 8 admissions were opened for the 2025-26 academic year, with plans to expand up to Grade 12.

Application / Assessment / Registration fees
- A non-refundable assessment fee is required when booking an assessment.
- To secure an offered place you must pay a non-refundable registration (admissions) fee of AED 500 plus a 10% tuition deposit. The 10% deposit is deductible from the first term's fees and is non-refundable.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school operates a three-term billing structure: Term 1 is 40% of the annual tuition, Term 2 is 30% and Term 3 is 30%. All tuition fees are payable in advance of attendance.
- Fees for the first term must be paid before the first day of school. For parents using instalment or payment plans, the school requires a security check for monthly plans or post‑dated cheques for Terms 2 and 3.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. Bright Learners is a PreK to Grade 8 day school and does not list boarding or residential provision.
Other costs and fees (additional / excluded items)
- School tuition fees are exclusive of uniforms, transport, technology and digital programs, school meals, books, and any learning support or specialty programs; these are charged separately. Uniforms and exercise books can be purchased from the school's uniform shop and school store. Transport is provided via an external provider.
- Any individual specialist provision (for example a Learning Support Assistant or external therapy) may attract additional charges; costs for additional learning support are passed on to parents in line with school policy.
Discounts and fee reductions
- Available fee reductions include: 10% for referrals, up to 20% sibling discounts, 10% corporate discounts with selected companies, and AED 500 off when paying annual tuition in full.
Refund information
- The assessment fee is non‑refundable. The registration (admissions) fee of AED 500 and the 10% tuition deposit required to secure a place are non‑refundable. Further refund or cancellation terms are set out in the school's admissions/fee policy.

- The school requires fees to be paid in advance and accepts post‑dated cheques for later terms and a security check for certain payment plans.
