Registration for the 2025-2026 academic year is open for KG to Grade 12 with limited seats. Step 1: Submit the documents at the registration office from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., including a recent passport photo; UAE ID cards for student and parents; birth certificate; vaccination card; transfer letters if transferring within the UAE; final report card and transfer certificate from the previous school (stamped by the Education Zone if within the UAE); and documents attested when required; complete the registration form. Step 2: Booking the seat requires visiting the accounts department to pay AED 1,000 within seven days (this amount is deducted from annual tuition); AED 500 is non-refundable if the student does not return. Step 3: Full Fees payment and collection of books and uniform: tuition is paid in three instalments; first instalment due on or before 15 August each year (subject to any agreed early-bird discounts); second instalment due on or before 15 December; third instalment due on or before 15 March; check extra activities fees in the invoice by 31 August. Discounts apply to each student's tuition as agreed with the admissions officer and may not be clubbed with other offers. Important notes: age determines grade placement per MOE rules; the school may reject a student's registration for not meeting standards; legal guardians must provide authentic court documents verifying guardianship; to register with Ajman Education Zone, the student's name must be entered in the Ministry SIS system using the student's UAE ID or Transfer Certificate before the start of the school year; the 2025-2026 academic year begins on Monday, 26 August 2025. School timings: KG to KG2 – 7:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. (Monday to Thursday), 7:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Friday); Grade 1 to 12 – 7:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Assembly time is 7:30 a.m. The collection of new books and uniforms takes place during Term 1.
