Admissions

1) Admission Process: Joining Crown Private School, Ajman is a simple three-step process. The process is designed to be clear, transparent, and supportive for families. Before starting the stages outlined below, review the mandatory application guidelines for a smooth enrollment. An online application link is provided to begin the process. 2) Submit the Documents: Submit all required academic and identity records through the online portal to initiate the application. Documents required include a recent colour passport-sized photograph of the student; the student's original Emirates ID and a photocopy; both parents' original Emirates IDs and photocopies; a copy of the student's passport (with valid residence visa for non-UAE citizens); and fill out the Bus form and submit during registration. The School Registration Office is open Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 2:00pm to complete the registration form and submit these documents. 3) Booking the seat: Secure your child's place by confirming the offer and reserving your seat for the academic year. 4) Payment & Collection: Complete the tuition payment and collect your child's school uniform, books, and resources. Important Notes: Child's age will be considered for grade placement as per MOE rules and regulations. The school has the right to reject a student's registration if he/she has failed to meet the academic and conduct standards set by the school. The legal guardian needs to provide authentic court documents verifying their legal guardianship. In order to register your child with the Ajman Education Zone (AEZ), the school must register the student's name on the Ministry SIS system by using the student's original UAE ID Card or a Transfer Certificate before the start of the school year.
