1. REGISTRATION. Begin the application by clicking the New Admission link to start the online application process. The school provides an online registration portal to collect initial information from new and returning families. This step sets up the applicant in the admissions workflow and directs you to subsequent steps. 2. INTERVIEW & ASSESSMENTS. The school conducts admission interviews and assessments to support the start of schooling. Pre-KG and KG applicants complete a short interview with staff; Grades 1–11 complete an interview and an entrance exam. If a child may need additional support or has prior SEN supports, the child is referred to the Inclusion Team for further assessment (see SEN admission policy). 3. GRADE AGES, ACCEPTANCE & DOCUMENTS. The age requirements are Pre-KG 3 by August 31; KG1 4 by August 31; KG2 5 by August 31 or after KG1; Grade 1 6 by August 31 or after KG2; Grades 1–12 require completion of the previous grade. Acceptance is based on entrance exam results and seat availability, with priority to siblings; there are no waiting lists. Required documents include passport-size photo, birth certificate copy, applicant passport with valid UAE resident visa, father's passport with valid UAE resident visa, Emirates ID, immunization card, and last year report cards (last 3 for Grades 10–12); original transfer documentation is required where applicable, and parents should bring original IDs to register in the SIS system as soon as notification is received; transfers from outside the UAE must be attested by MOFA and UAE Embassy.

Located in Fujairah and Dibba, Diyar Private Academy is a school delivering a curriculum in English with campuses for Fujairah and Dibba (Girls & Early Years, and Boys). The school aligns its US curriculum with New York State Standards and Next Generation Science Standards; IPC and IMYC provide cross‑curricular themes.
