For new students the school requires an acceptance/registration deposit: for the Fujairah campus a new‑student deposit of up to 30% of the total annual fee is charged on acceptance (this deposit is deductible from the first term and is non‑refundable except where the family must move outside the Emirate before the start of the academic year).

- Book fees are payable with the first instalment. Installment due dates are fixed (31 August, 31 December, 31 March) and late or missing payments may lead to administrative actions per policy.
