DIA Emirates Hills operates as a day school with no boarding provision. Students attend on-site during the day and return home after lessons.
DIA Emirates Hills uses a designed school uniform for all students. The uniform is supplied by ZAKS Uniform Store, Al Barsha, and items can be viewed/bought online with free home delivery via ZAKS. All uniform items must be clearly labelled.
Kalo Hospitality is the on-site catering provider. Cafeterias offer breakfast options (including a live egg station) and smoothies, bakery items, fresh salads and sandwiches, and a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunches. Primary students can order pre-packaged meal boxes delivered to classrooms; meals are managed via a mobile app.
DIA Emirates Hills is governed by a Board of Directors and an Advisory Council. The Board includes the owners and an independent member and oversees strategy, policies, leadership appointments, and financial stability. The Advisory Council comprises parents, Innoventures Education management, and a Board Director, meeting several times a year to guide development. The school is part of Innoventures Education, led by the CEO, Poonam Bhojani.
