Billing schedule and payment terms
- Term due dates: First‑term tuition is due no later than July 31 of the school year; second‑term fees are due by December 1; third‑term fees are due by February 28. Tuition fees are payable in advance for each term. A student may not start school unless the appropriate term fee has been paid in full.
- The non‑refundable registration or enrollment deposit is deducted from the first term invoice; the finance office issues the balance invoice after registration is completed.
- The school reserves the right to withhold final results, leaving documentation and certificates until all outstanding fees are settled.

Boarding / residential provision
- Boarding is not provided; the school operates as a day school with scheduled school hours and contracted student transport. Transport provision and related arrangements are described as part of school services.

- Tuition is stated as inclusive of school transport and uniform (terms and conditions apply). Transport is included for journeys up to 60 minutes; if travel time exceeds 60 minutes (up to 90 minutes) parents and the transport company may agree an extension.
