It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Admission Process. 1. Registration: New admissions for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 academic years are ongoing. Appointments or guidance regarding eligibility and year level are provided upon request. 2. Application: Parents must complete the online application to start the process. A list of supporting documents should be included with the application. A non-refundable administration fee of AED 525 (5% VAT included) is required to submit and be considered. Bank details are available for payment. 3. Acknowledgement: Within 2 working days of submitting the online application you will receive a reference number. Thereafter contact the Admissions office to confirm the completion of the application process. If you are applying for a place in a year group that is already full, you will be contacted as soon as we receive notice of a withdrawal. 4. Assessment: Interviews or assessments are scheduled after the completed application and payment. Completion of assessment does not guarantee a place. Priority is given to siblings, Habtoor residents, and then general applicants, and places are offered only if the assessment is successful and seats are available. For entry into Early Years, the student will not be assessed; all children must be fully toilet trained and able to communicate verbally to an adult. For Primary and High School, entry requirements vary by year: Years 1–3 require an entrance assessment in Mathematics and English; Years 4–6 and Years 7–11 use CAT4 assessments. For IBDP Years (Year 12–13), admission considers prior reports and interviews with the IB Coordinator; Year 13 admissions are limited to certain transfers. 5. Offer: Following successful assessment and confirmation of seat availability, a place is formally offered. Parents have 7 working days to make the payment; failing to do so, the offer will be withdrawn. Parents are required to sign an acceptance form and pay school fees in advance; once fees are paid, signing of a parent-school contract is required in accordance with KHDA requirements. In case of withdrawal or no-show, 10% of the total tuition fees is non-refundable/non-transferable. 6. Additional Information: Parents of newly accepted IBDP students will be contacted to discuss subject options. Term date, calendar information, uniform requirements and details of the school-parent communication system will be shared with new parents at enrollment.
Waitlist: There is no formal waitlist published. If a year group is full, the school contacts applicants as soon as a withdrawal is received.
Scholarship Programme: Emirates International School Jumeirah is proud to offer a Scholarship Programme of up to 25% under the categories of New Admission Scholarship, Academic Scholarship, Sports Scholarship, and Academic Scholarship for People of Determination.
