Application fee

- A non-refundable application/administration fee of AED 525 (VAT inclusive) is payable at the time of application for new students.

Tuition fees by year group (annual and per-term amounts for Academic Year 2025–2026)

- EY1, EY2, Year 1: Annual tuition AED 38,636 — Term 1 AED 15,454; Term 2 AED 11,591; Term 3 AED 11,591.
- Year 2 – Year 3: Annual tuition AED 45,994 — Term 1 AED 18,398; Term 2 AED 13,798; Term 3 AED 13,798.
- Year 4 – Year 6: Annual tuition AED 51,510 — Term 1 AED 20,604; Term 2 AED 15,453; Term 3 AED 15,453.
- Year 7 – Year 9: Annual tuition AED 60,716 — Term 1 AED 24,286; Term 2 AED 18,215; Term 3 AED 18,215.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Term payment due dates for Academic Year 2025–2026: Term 1 payable 18 August 2025; Term 2 payable 19 November 2025; Term 3 payable 27 February 2026. Late-joiners have tuition prorated by month of joining.
- To reserve a seat, a new-admissions deposit equal to 10% of the annual tuition fee is payable within 7 days of the offer and is deductible from the first-term fees. Re-registration (existing students) requires a deposit of 5% of the tuition fee. These deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable.
- School fees are shown as an annual figure but may be settled in three payments spread across the academic year. Parents may alternatively pay the entire annual balance once the school–parent contract is signed. School fees must be paid to the school cashier in person; an online payment option is also available through the school's payment portal.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as a day school and does not publish boarding fees. Optional services and third-party transport are offered instead.

Other costs and optional fees

- Uniforms: AED 200 to AED 1,200 (range).
- School ID card replacement: AED 50 to AED 200.
- Transport (school bus): typical range shown AED 8,800 to AED 10,000; the school's transport provider lists AED 8,900 per student for two-way service for 2025–26. Transport is run by a third-party operator and subject to that operator's terms.
- Extracurricular activities: AED 500 to AED 4,000 (range depending on activity).
- Canteen expenses: AED 100 to AED 2,000 (range).
- Class photographs, yearbook and official photos: typically AED 100 to AED 200; school magazine/yearbook costs approximately AED 100 to AED 130.
- Local educational trips: AED 50 to AED 2,000; international trips: AED 5,000 to AED 15,000 depending on destination and programme.
- English as an Additional Language (EAL) support: around AED 5,000 when recommended after assessment.
- EY extended-hours programme (EY1/EY2): AED 4,000 (noted as EY extended-hours activity at AED 500/month).
- KHDA attestation/certification: AED 120 (charged per attestation).

Deposits and re-enrolment fees

- New-student enrolment deposit: 10% of the annual tuition fee (deductible from first-term fees).
- Existing-student re-enrolment deposit: 5% of the tuition fee (or AED 500, whichever is higher), non-refundable and deductible from the first-term fees.

Refund information

- Application fees and enrolment/re-enrolment deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. Refunds of tuition are calculated according to the school's refund rules based on the student's official withdrawal date and attendance:
- If enrolled for two calendar weeks or less, one month's fees are deducted.
- If enrolled more than two weeks and less than one month, two months' fees are deducted.
- If enrolled for more than one month, a full term's fee is deducted.
- Exceptional refund requests will not be considered after 15 August. All refunds are processed to the original payee and governed by the school's published refund policy.

Fee payment options

- Payments can be made in person to the school cashier and via the school's online payment portal. Bank details are provided to applicants and the admissions office handles invoicing; third-party providers (transport, uniform suppliers) may accept separate payment channels. The school's accounts and admissions teams manage fee invoicing and payment arrangements.
