The Emirates International School Meadows operates as a day school; no boarding is offered. There are no weekly or full boarding arrangements. The campus does not provide housing facilities for students.
The school uses a published uniform policy. Uniforms are supplied via Right Fit ReadyMade Garments Trading Co. LLC, with an online pre-order form and a uniform catalogue for the current academic year. The uniform shop is located at the Primary School Building (Right Side Entrance) and follows the listed shop hours.
The campus has a canteen with supervised lunchtimes. EY1 and EY2 students may receive a hot meal if a school meal plan is purchased; Year 1 to Year 6 may visit the canteen to purchase food. The school follows a nut-free healthy eating policy and accommodates dietary requirements where possible.
Pupils are grouped into houses and participate in house events and activities. A House T‑shirt is worn for these events as part of the school's house system.
