Introduction

Emirates National Schools – Dubai Campus is the newest campus in the ENS network, serving students aged 3 to 17. It currently delivers the US curriculum, while Arabic Language and Islamic Education follow UAE National Curriculum Standards. English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Visual and Performing Arts, Physical Education, Computer Science and Social Studies are guided by Colorado Academic Standards. The campus offers an Advanced Placement Program with college‑level courses and AP exams in English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, World Languages and Art, depending on registration. UAE Equivalency Requirements apply to high school diplomas, with UAE equivalency recognized upon meeting criteria. Dubai Campus is in an early phase of development with plans to expand offerings in alignment with the ENS model; other ENS campuses are IB World Schools. The co-curricular program includes Academic Co-Curriculars, Athletics and Enrichment Clubs, with After-School Activities running eight-week sessions. The canteen follows a healthy-eating policy, and nutrition/allergy safety policies are in place. Special events emphasize National Identity, cultural heritage, global citizenship and service.

- Instalment due dates align with the school terms; families choose the three‑instalment option to spread the annual tuition evenly.
- Late or non‑payment procedures include warning notices, possible temporary suspension of the student, withholding of report cards/transfer documents and blocking re‑registration until all outstanding dues are settled.

Payment methods and how to pay

- Accepted payment methods: cash or credit/debit card to the campus cashier, cheque payable to "Emirates National Schools", cash deposit or bank transfer to the ENS campus bank account, and online e‑services payments via the ENS e‑services portal and mobile app.
- Bank account details for ENS campuses are published in the school payment documentation and specific campus accounts are provided for bank transfers.

- Discounts for school employees are available (staff concession can be up to 100% in published policy).

Boarding

- Boarding is not applicable for the Dubai campus (the campus operates as a day school and no boarding fee schedule is published).

Refunds and withdrawal (key points)

- Refunds apply only to tuition fees paid for the current academic year; educational‑resource fees and other charges are refundable only in limited circumstances (for example, if resources were not issued or not used, ENS may determine a notional value before refund).
- If a student withdraws before the first official day of classes, a full refund of tuition and educational resource fees is available after retaining any stated non‑refundable registration fee.
- If a student withdraws after the academic year has started, refunds are calculated pro‑rata using a published sliding scale based on the withdrawal date; detailed percentage refund schedules and late‑enrolment charge tables are included in the school's tuition policy.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payor (unless otherwise approved) and processed after receipt of a complete refund application; refunds are processed within a stated timeframe (the school's published policy specifies processing within 30 working days once the application is complete).

Enrolment, late enrolment and related charges

- Families enrolling after the academic year begins are liable for a percentage of the annual tuition determined by the date of joining; the policy specifies set percentages depending on the number of weeks or months remaining in the academic year.
- Registration and advanced deposit rules apply at the time of acceptance; failure to adhere to the payment timing schedule may affect continued enrollment and access to services.

Friendly practical summary (what a parent should budget for)

- Budget the published annual tuition for your child's grade band (Pre‑K AED 25,000; KG AED 31,000; Grades 1–5 AED 37,000; Grades 6–8 AED 45,000), split into three equal term instalments if you select the instalment plan.
- Add optional services (transport, meals, extra‑curricular activities, uniforms and trips).
- Expect an application/assessment fee on initial application and an enrolment fee on acceptance (enrolment fee may be up to 10% of annual tuition and is non‑refundable and deductible from the first term).
- Keep the school's refund schedule and payment deadlines in mind when planning start/withdrawal dates.
