Uniform is mandatory for all students and must be school-issued. PE uniform is worn on PE and swimming days with white sports shoes; female students in Years 4–7 wear the school hijab (white), and those in Year 8+ wear navy blue. The school kit includes a school bag, and there are rules on hair, nails, makeup, and jewellery.
The canteen provides a wide variety of nutritious food and drinks. Meals can be pre-ordered via the Hot Oven online app, and packed meals are delivered to classrooms by staff. Health and safety precautions are implemented.
ISCS Muwaileh is BEAM-managed and owned by Bukhatir Group through Bukhatir Education Advancement & Management (BEAM). The School Governing Body is chaired by Hesham Abdeen, with the principal acting as Principal Governor.
