Other fees and charges

- Canteen deposit (if opted): payable with the first instalment; adjusted according to usage and to be replenished as required. Any balance may be carried forward or refunded on withdrawal after dues are cleared.
- Uniforms: fees for uniform items are payable in cash or by card when purchased. Uniform purchases are linked to fee clearance as described by school policy. Fees for books and uniforms are non‑refundable.
- External exam fees and any other specified curricular or examination charges are charged separately.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is billed in three instalments (three terms). The school requires the first term fee (first instalment) to be paid in cash or by current‑dated cheque. The second and third instalments are paid by post‑dated cheques provided at the time of first instalment. Delay in payment may result in action by school management in accordance with Ministry of Education rules. Cheques must be made payable to "International School of Creative Science PVT per person Company LLC."
- Renewal reservation for existing students: a non‑refundable deposit of AED 500 per child must be paid before the end of February to reserve a place; this amount is adjusted against the first term tuition fee for the next academic year.

Refund and cancellation (withdrawal) information

- Cancellation / withdrawal requires submission of a Cancellation (Withdrawal) Request Form to the Registration Department. Refunds follow Ministry of Education rules as published by the school:
- If the child attends two weeks or less in a term: one full month's fees will be charged.
- If the child attends more than two weeks and less than one month in a term: two full months' fees will be charged.
- If the child attends more than one month in a term: full term fees will be charged.
- Fees for school books and uniforms are non‑refundable. Discounts are not applicable once registration is cancelled during the academic year. Transportation refunds are processed according to Ministry rules after Transport Department approval and accounts clearance. Fee refunds are only processed after all dues are settled; processing requires 12 working days after submission of required documents to the Accounts Department.

Discounts and scholarships

- Sibling discount on net fees: 1st child 0%; 2nd child 5%; 3rd child 10%; 4th child 15%; 5th child and above 20%.
- Quran memorisation discounts on net fees: 20–29 Juz' = 15%; Full memorisation = 25%.
- Referral discounts and GL Progress Test / high achiever discounts are available as described in the school fees policy.

Boarding

- Boarding is not listed as a facility and no boarding fees are shown in the published fee structure for this campus; therefore boarding fees are not applicable.

Accepted payment methods and additional payment options

- The school's published fee policy specifies payment by cash or cheque for tuition instalments; uniform payments may be made by card or cash. Cheque instructions and post‑dated cheque handling procedures are specified in the fee collection policy.
- Additional third‑party information notes that card payments may be accepted when full year fees are paid upfront and that Easy Payment Plans (EPP) arrangements (0% profit monthly schemes) are available through partner banks such as Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic Bank (bank approval and processing fees may apply).
