Uniforms are mandatory and must be school-issued. The dress code requires a PE kit on PE and swimming days, plain white socks and plain black shoes, and the school bag, which is part of the uniform and available for purchase on site; girls in Years 4–7 wear a white hijab and navy blue hijab for Years 8–11, with hair and other grooming rules ensuring neat, natural appearances.
The campus has a canteen offering a wide variety of nutritious foods and beverages. The canteen supports healthy eating habits and is part of daily campus life.
ISCS Nad Al Sheba is governed by a two-tier structure: a Board of Trustees that includes BEAM leaders and a School Board of Governors representing parents, staff and the wider community; BEAM oversees governance and expansion of the ISCS network.
