Jumeira Baccalaureate School (JBS) was founded in 2010 and is located in Jumeira 1, Dubai. The school is operated by Taaleem, a major UAE education provider. The IB continuum at JBS was introduced in stages: Primary Years Programme was authorised in 2009, Diploma Programme in 2012, Middle Years Programme in 2014, and the Career-related Programme in 2018. JBS earned accreditation from the Council of International Schools in 2020. KHDA has rated JBS as Very Good, a standing maintained through the 2023–2024 inspection cycle.
JBS hosts an international community with students from multiple nationalities. The school marks cultural diversity through an annual International Day and IB-linked community service projects. Environmental initiatives such as tree planting and beach cleanups are part of the community program, and the school launched JBS Innovates in 2022, an annual student-led innovation fair.
