1. Fill out the application form. Begin the admissions process by completing the online application for Nursery, Foundation Stage, Junior, or Senior year groups. The application form is accessed via the Admissions section.
2. Submit application documents. Prepare full colour scans or photographs of the pupil's passport, UAE residence visa, birth certificate, immunisation records, and the pupil's school reports from the previous two years, plus copies of the father's and mother's passports, UAE residence visas, Emirates IDs, and the vaccination record. Documents should be translated into English where required; Arabic birth certificates are accepted. Use the Application Checklist as your guide to required documents.
3. Pay the 525 AED registration fee. The registration fee is payable as part of the online application process.
4. Transfer Certificate and attestation information. Provide a Transfer Certificate and related attestation information as needed. The page provides a Transfer Certificate template and related guidelines to follow.
5. Age placement guidelines. FS1 must be 3 years old before September 1; FS2 must be 4; Year 1 must be 5; Year 2 must be 6; Year 3–Year 13 placement is based on the last attended Grade/Year as stated on the Transfer Certificate.
6. Assessment. All students are assessed prior to entry. CAT4 assessments are required for Years 3–13 and Play Assessments for FS1–Year 2 before the first day. An offer is issued after review of a good school report.
7. Offers. An offer is sent upon successful assessment and review of supporting documents and prior school reports.
8. Enrolment and next steps. If you accept the offer, follow the school's onboarding steps and timelines. The Admissions team provides contact details and supports new families through the enrolment process.

Scholarships are offered via Kent Nursery and include Business Scholarship, Performing Arts Scholarship, Arabic Scholarship, and Academic Scholarship. Scholarships are available to top students as part of the admissions process.
